Seattle Pier Burns With Quan. tAty of Ally War Supplies. Seattle, Wash., Oct. 28.—Pier 14, occupied by Dodwell & Co., agents for the Blue Funnel Line of British steamers, is burning and probably will be destroyed completely. It is said that large shipments of war supplies awaiting shipment to Vladivostok are stored on the pier. This is the third fire on the pier in two days.

Baltimore, Oct. 28.—Fire tonight totally destroyed Pier 34 of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad at Locust Point. It is estimated the loss will be in excess of $1,000,000.
