A large number of small accounts due The Democrat for subscription and job printing and from which we have gotten no replies to the numerous statements sent, will be placed in the hands of a collecting agency on August 1, if not paid prior thereto, Statements will be sent to all these debtors once more before placing them in hands fpr collection, but if responses are not received to this last request for settlement, the accounts will be turned over for collections as above stated. While the accounts individually are small, in the aggregate they foot up to SI,OOO or more, and mean considerable to us.
