Chicago Autoist Gets in Bad.

Dyer, Ind., July 8. —The hearing in the case of the state against S. Heller of 11445 Indiana avenue, Chicago, held under a two thousand dollar bond for criminal negligenct. which was set for last Saturday before the justice of the peace here was continued until Saturday, July 17. Heller is charged with having crowded the Archibald Degraw family of 842 Harper avenue, Chicago, riding in a Ford car, into the ditch at Dyer a week ago la£t Sunday causing the Ford to overturn and injuring its occupants. Heller was arrested by Marshal Stech late at night upon his return through Dyer.
