EXECUTORS’ SALE OF REAL ESTATE. State of Indiana, *- Jasper County, ss. Public notice is hereby given that we, John M. Clarkson and Mary F. Clarkson, as Executors of the last will and testament of Robert McCane, deceased, by virtue of the authority vested in us under said last will and testament, will on Saturday, July 17th, A. D., 1915, at the hour of 2 o’clock p. m., of said day, at the front door of the Court House in Rensselaer, Indiana, sell at public sale, the following described real estate: The East half of section 34, township 32 north, range 7 west, in Jasper county, Indiana, containing 320 acres> more or less. This farm lies about one-half mile south of.Demotte, in said county, and has fair improvements thereon. Same will be sold subject to a mortgage now thereon in the sum of SIO,OOO, due and payable March Ist, 1917, and draws 5 per cent interest per annum, payable annually, also, subject to the taxes hereafter due and payable. This farm is known as the Schuster farm. < Also, the North, half and the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of section 24, township 31 north, range 6 west, in said Jaspei county, Indiana, containing 360 acres, more *or less.
