Kankakee Land Case Meets With Reversal.

The appellate court Friday reversed the Laporte circuit court for re fhsing To quiet the title of the state of Indiana to 3,700 acres of land along the Kankakee river and lying between the river and the meander line of survey, run by the government along the swampy lands lying along the river as being the line of the Kankakee river.
