P. Walstra was a Chicago visitor Monday. Mrs. Tressmer and son were Roselawn visitors Friday. Wm. Overmayer reports his corn all destroyed by cut worms. Mary Born, of Cook, is visiting friends in Itoselawn this week. C. T. Otis spent most of the week looking after his land interests here. Benjamin Frogli, family and friends were shopping in our village Friday evening. Another hard rain again Monday with prospects of more Monday night and Tuesday. French Crooks came up from Rensselaer Friday to assist his fatheT for awhile in the drug, store. '. E. Wausbro of Valparaiso traveling representative of the Texas Oil Co., was a business visitor here Friday. There were several reports of frost in this vicinity Thursday night, blit so far not much damage to crops is reported. .Mrs. Humphrey Barbour is very low at this writing, Tuesday morning, and no hopes are held out for her recovery. Rev. Postill preached an excellent sermon Sunday evening to a large audience. Services again next Sunday morning. Owen Stover of Morocco, was in Roselawn Saturday. Owen is buy-
