Employed on i the road as a trainman, he asserts ' that he was instructed by the yard-' master at Pen Argyl. who told him that the track was clear, to takg a ' train to a crossover one night last year. r Hi.- train crashed into some empty cars, and he was caught between two of them and badly injured.
