Cost to build, exclusive of heating and plnmldng, $3,300. Upon receipt of $1 the publisher of this paper will furnish a copy of Saxtorfs book of plans, “American Dwellings.” It contains 310 designs costing from SI,OOO to $6,000; also a book of interiors, $1 per copy.
