SOCIETY GIRL KILLED BY FALL
Marian Farwell Victim of Fatal Accident Near Chicago—Had Been 111 a Month. Chicago, May 7.—Miss Marian Farwell, daughter of Francis C. Farwell, treasurer of the John V. Farwell company, was killed by a fall from a conCrete viaduct connecting the Farwell and Cyrus 11. McCormick estates at Lake Forest. A statement issued by | the physicians under whose care she , had been, said she had been suffering from an acute attack of jaundice. Miss Farwell w-as to have been married to Reginald C. Foster of Boston on Wednesday, May 19. About a .month ago Miss Farwell went with her mother to Hot Springs, Va., on account of her health, and while there the announcement was made that the marriage had been postponed, because of Miss Farwell’s ill health.
