Hough, and all others Concerned: You are each hereby severally notified, that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, India'na, by Lewis H. Selmer, et al„ asking the location of a public ditch or drain in White Post Township, Pulaski County, and Gillam Township, Jasper County, State of -Indiana, over and upon the following route, to-wit: Commencing at the most practical point in the channel of the olr. Dim on Ditch on the county line between Pulaski and Jasper Counties near the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section Seven (7), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Four (4) West, thence in a southerly direction and in a southeasterly direction over, along and with the meanderings of the route or said Dimon Ditch, to a point where it intersects with the Hansel Ditch or Mosley Branch Ditch, fa. the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Twenty (20), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Four (4) West, and there ending at the most practical point: to widen, deepen and increase the size and capacity of said Dimon Ditch for a sufficient butlet or drainage. Also a Branch Ditch to said main ditch over and upon the following route, to-wit; Commencing at the most practical point in the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Foui (4) West, thence in a southwesterly direction to a point where it intersects with the main ditch herein petitioned for and to the most practical point in the Northwest quarter of section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Four (4) West, and there ending; said branch ditch to be constructed by the means of an underground drain or tile ditch. That said drainage so prayed for will affect vour lands and the lands of others as described in said petition. That said petition was filed on the 22nd day of March, 1915, and the same will come up for docketing as a cause pending before the Judge of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, m Winamac, Indiana, on the 22nd day of April, 1915, the saipe being the 4th judicial day of the April Term, 1915, of the Pulaski Circuit Court.
