Many Amendments in Acts.

It was announced Saturday at the office of the secretary of state that out of the 191 laws that will appear • in the Acts of the 1915 legislature about the middle of April, sixty-two amendments to existing laws will be evident. Almost one-third of all the work of the last legislature, therefore, was devoted to amending laws already on the statute books. Among the more prominent amendments to Indiana laws passed at this session of the legislature were those relating to the corrupt practices act, the registration of voters act, the tax laws and the law relating to the teachers’ pension fund in Indianapolis.
