MEET AT BLOOMINGTON.

Delphi Woman to Respond to Address of Welcome at State Newspaper Meeting. Bloomington, Ind., March 29.--Mra. Mindwell Crampton Wilson of Delphi, has been chosen by the committee of the different editorial associations of the state to respond to President William Lowe Bryau’s address of welcome at the coming newspaper conference to be held at Indiana University, April 29 and 30. She is a most capable newspaper woman, being an able speaker as well as writer. Mrs. Wilson is a daughter of A. B. Crampton, editor of the Carroll County Citizen-Times. She is actively associated with the paper, contributing a valuable, and interestliHf department. The object of the coming conference is to form a'state-wide organization of the newspaper owners and publishers of Indiana. It will deal with news, editorial, circulation, advertising and cost problems. It is intended to establish a better cooperation between the newspapers and retail merchants to the betterment of business conditions. The organization is in no sense to take the place of other associations which have their own particular functions.
