WHITE COUNTY PROSECUTOR Marries Girl Who Mode Paternity Charges Against Him. Logansport, Ind., March 28. Truman Brockway, prosecutor of White and Carroll counties, to whom was handed a 2-weeks-old baby here last Thursday by the mother of the child, Miss Mae Shigley of Lafayette, today was married to Miss Shigley at the home of Judge Joseph M. Rabb in this city by the Rev, Dr. Frank R. Hayes, pastor of the Calvary Presbyterian church. Present at the ceremony were the mothers of both Mr. Brockaway and his bride. The wedding was the result of diplomatic overtures by Judge Rabb, who took Miss Shigley to his home after the sensational developments of last week, and thereafter brought all liis persuasive powers to bear upon Brock way to consent to the marriage. Judge Rabb was a former member of the appellate court and is now senior member of the, Logansport law firm of Rabb, Mahoney & Fansler.
