Notice Is hereby given by the undersigned, superintendent of construction of the Charles Erb and others ditch, established in the commissioners’ court of Jasper county, Indiana, that the assessments against the lands for the construction of said ditch will be due and payable as follows, to-wit: Ten per cent of said assessments due and payable on April 10, 1915, and ten per cent thereof on the 10th of each and every month thereafter until the whole amount of said assessments have been paid. Said assessments may be paid to me on the 10th day of each month at the office of George A. Williams, over the First National Bank of Rensselaer, Indiana, or said assessments may be paid to me at at any time at my residence in Hanging Grove Township, Jasper County, Indiana, or may be sent to me by mail, by addressing me at McCoysburg, Indiana, R.
