In spite of the promise of the last democratic state convention, the urging of President Wilson, the speech of Mr. Bryan, the council of John A. Kern and the entire congressional delegation of Indiana, Tom Taggart has decided that he will not have a suite primary law passed, and so no such a law will he passed this session, because when it is put up to this legislature, just as it was in the hist, what Tom wants, goes. .
