St. Joseph College Basket Ball Notes.

St. Joseph’s varsity went to J»(lianapolis Saturday night and met the fast Indiana Dental college'team. The St. Joe boys played a fine game, but the “tooth pullers” proved too much for them, defeating them by a score of 35 to 15. A return game will be played in the college gymnasium Friday the 2Gth, and the local squad hopes to have a surprise for the d own-state team.

The Indianapolis Star yays of the game: /‘ln the final hilf the play of Sartor was the undoing of the St. Joe team. The tall center caged the hall five times, making some remarkable shots. Con Miller, guard, (a Rensselaer hoy) broke up the visitors’ play many times and started the passing that ended in roost of the Dentals’ scores. Beckman’s work at guard was the feature of the St. Joseph play.
