The plaintiff in the cause, having filed her complaint and petition therein, together with an affidavit that the defendant, Lawrence W. Baker, la a non-resident ot the State of Indiana. Now, therefore, the said Lawrence W. Baker is hereby notified that unless he be and appear on the 24th day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holden on the second Monday in February, 1915, in the Court House in the city of said Jasper County, State of Indiana, said 24th day of said term being March 6, 1915, and answer or demur to said complaint and petition the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
