MULLENDORE TRIAL BEGINS.

Judge Vinton of Lafayette, Selected to Try Case. Delphi, lnd„ January 12.—Tha trial of Riley Alullendore, charged with the murder of Grover C. Cook, a farm laborer, Christmas night, December, 1913, was called in the Carroll circuit court today, and the selection of a jury begun. The jury in Alullendore’s first trial, in the Tippecanoe circuit court, disagreed. J adge Henry H. Vinton of Lafayette, has been selected to try the case, Alullendore’s attorneys having taken a change of venue, yesterday, trom Judge James P. Wasson.
