Too Many “Long Felt Wants.”

The Tinies is the name of a new daily paper launched here last week from the office of the late White County Citizen. The Citizen, after, the November election, abandoned the Bull Moose party and became independent in politics and semiweekly in periodicity. It has now ventured another experiment, and the daily edition blossomed out last Thursday. Mr. W. L. Murlin is editor and manager and Mr. Rexford Sexton city editor. Mr. Murlin has been here several months and is pretty well acquainted. The man with two x’s in his name is an unknown quantity. 4 Witih two weeklies, two dailies and one semi-weekly, it cannot be said that Monticello is suffering for lack of newspapers.— Monticello Herald.
