From Farm to Table Via Parcel Post. It has been decided to have postmasters at certain offices publish a list of the names and addresses of producers who desire to sell country produce direct to the consumer The Chicago office has been selected for this purpose. You, Mr. Farmer, should give this due consideration. We ask all farmers desiring to have their names placed on the list, to forwaru the same to the ’ Chicago postmaster, or your postmaster, at once, stating the kind of produce they have for sale, which should be listed under three heads: Butter, eggs and general produce. When a sufficient number are received they will be compiled, printed and distributed upon application or by city carriers to persons who would likely make use of such lists.
