Von Falkenhayn Directs German General Staff During Illness of Leader. Berlin, via The Hague,, Oct. 27. General von Falkenhayn has been acting as chief of the German general staff during the illness of General von Moltke, who has been suffering from a bilious complaint. General von Moltke’s condition is said not to be serious, and he has shown considerable improvement.
