One of Standard Oil Crew Naturalized Citizen of America. St. John, N. B h Oct. 27.— A sergeant and detail of eight men from the Six-ty-second regiment boarded the American tug Security, belonging to the Standard Oil company, and arrested four members of the crew and took them to the armory for examination. The allegation was that they were subjects of ations with which Great Britain is now at war. At the examination one of the men was able to show that he was a naturalized citizen of the United States, though the other three were Germans, being signed on the tug’s papers as subjects of Germany,
