Oct. 27 Ray Pfanschmidt of Quincv was found not guilty of the murder of his father, mother, sister and a school teacher, Emma Kaempeu, a crime which shocked Adams county over a year ago a,.d for which the youth on his first trial was convicted and sentenced to hang. The jury, 1 after being out two days, returned a verdict on the twelfth ballot The Pfanschmidt family was murdered in cold blood, following which the farm home was burned to the ground.
