Injunction Is Refused.

Washington, Oct. 27.—The United States Supreme court declined to enjoin the industrial commission of Ohio from enforcing its coal mine antiscreen law, passed to protect purchasers from Impurities and compelling ithe coal operators to pay their miners |on the basis of the weight of the coal pifter being screened.
