Major’s Eldest Boy Promoted on Field at Charleroi. London, Sept. 1. —A dispatch to the Exchange Telegraph company from The Hague says the eldest son of Maj. Alfred Dreyfus, who is serving as a sergeant in the French army, distinguished himself before Charleroi and was promoted on the battlefield. Maj.
