[From The Enterprise.] C. W Bidwell was a Remington visitor Thursday. Dr. j. A. Smith went to Indianapolis Monday on business. Mrs: Harry Taylor and son were Remington visitors Wednesday. Mrs. Kate Wantling of Decatur, 111., is visiting her mother, Mrs. Susan Jones. Mrs. Martha McCory of Raliegh. Ind., is visiting her sister, Mrs. Stewart Hughes. Mrs. Burns of Remington, came Monday evening for a few days’ visit with Mrs. Cefoi Lanie. Mrs. J. M. Bieseker and little son, Maurice, went to Kentland Thursday to visit her parents. Mrs. Ruth Miles and daughter, Mary, went to Rensselaer Wednesuay for a few days’ visit. Miss Thelma Laßoche of ivankakee. 111., came Monday evening- to Mr. and Mrs. F. DeMuynck. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Burch of Rensselaer, returnied home Wednesday after a few days’ visit here. Rev. and Mrs. T. J. Reder were called to Ivewanna Tuesday by the death of Mr. Reder’s mother. Miss Veda Spencer of Monon, sjtfcsnt Sunday with her brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Perfect Spencer. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Spencer and grandchildren, Ruth and Cecile Newhart, spent Saturday in Remington. Misses Bernice and Mary Mohr returned home last Tuesday after a few weeks’ visit with their grandparents at El Paso, 111. Ray Brown of Spieelanu, Ind., is visiting his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Hughes, and his cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Quincy Hughes. Mr. and Mrs. Chapman and two children of Washington. D. C., were over Sunday guests of Mrs. Chapman’s father. Rev. T. J. Reder, an wife. Miss Maggie Ellis of, Chicago Heights, who has been spending a few days here the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Quincy Hughes, returned home Wednesday. Mrs. Wood of Milford, 111., who has been visiting her daughter, Mrs. Geo. Watson, went to Leesburg, Ind., Wednesday for a few days’ visit, was accompanied by Mrs. Watson.
