Notice of Assessments Hobbs Ditch. Notice is hereby given that the assessment sheet on lands assessed in Jasper County, Indiana, for the Construction of the ditch petitioned for by C. J. Hobbs, el al., has been prepared, showing the amount due on each several tract or parcel of land assessed for the location and construction of said ditch.. ’ The Board of Commissioners of Jasper County have fixed upon the sth Day of November, 19 1 1, as the time by which all persons desiring to do so may pay assessments made for the costs of construction and other expenses of said ditch against said lands benefitted thereby. And all persons so desiring to pay such assessments and have lands assessed discharged and released from the lien of such assessments, may pay the full amount due on or before the sth nay of November, 1914, at the office of the treasurer of Jasper County, in Rensselaer, Indiana, and such payments shall operate as a discharge from all liability for such assessments.’ J.
