D. 1914. 1 Richard C. Gregg vs. John M. Ellis; William W. Hinds; Georgiana Hinds; Georgeannie Hinds; Georgina Hinds; Edward Moss; and John L. Gobea. Complaint No. 5258. The plaintiff m the above cause having filed his bill of complaint therein together with an affidavit that the defendants above named are non-residents of the State of Indiana, and that the cause of action alleged in the complaint is founded upon a contract in relation to real estate in the State of Indiana, and is connected with a contract in relation to real estate in the State of Indiana.
