Montenegrins Take Scutari.

Rome, Aug. 11. —Dispatches received here say that the Montenegrins have invaded Albania and have taken Scutari, which the powers took away from them after the recent Balkan war. The Montenegrins also are reported to be’ attacking the Austrian lines at Trebinje, in Herzegovina;; 52 miles southeast of Mostar.
