Officers Are Named. A. B. Crampton, of Delphi, the new department commander of the G. A, R. of Indiana, has continued Col. J, R. Fesler, of Indianapolis, as assistant adjutant general and assistant quartermaster general. Recruiting officers have been named for each congressional district, except the Eighth, as follows: First, John C. Shafer, Boonville; Second, S. F. Johnson, Vincennes; Third, Joseph Van Meter, Jeffersonville; Fourth, Lewis King, Columbus; Fifth, Joseph Sherfey, .Brazil; Sixth, J. F. Davenport, Richmond; Seventh, W. D.
