Proclamation.

In the interest of public health and civic pride, I hereby declare Thursday and Friday, May 21 and 22, 1914, as Clean Up Days in Rensselaer, and request all citizens of said city to turn out on said days and collect all rubbish and garbage on their premises and in the streets nd alleys for removal.
