Monticello Journal: While the city is installing a boulevard system of lighting it would not be amiss for the county*' commissioners to have the system extended around the court house square. Other counties throughout the state are joining in with the county seat cities in such improvements. Not only as a matter of convenience, but for safety as well as a better protection is furnished property through lighting.
