Tipton, Ind., April B.—The Tip-ton-Marion traction line will receive no help from the taxpayers of Tipton county in building the road, as the election in Wildcat township for a 2 per cent subsidy was defeated by a vote of 396 to 191. An election was called for Cicero township, but will not be held owing to the defeat in Wildcat.
