Appeal is dismissed, opinion by spencer. .1(1) Proceeding for allotment for cleaning out ditch under Sec. 6152 ct seq.. Burns’ 1308. Appellants filed objections to allotment by surveyor and appealed to circuit court, which approved allotment. From that decision they attempted to appeal to supreme court, but the statute expressly provides there shall be no appeal from the decision of the circuit court in such case, so appeal is dismissed. (2) The appellants attempted to evade the rule of the statute by alleging it was an appeal on pfoceedure and not no the appeal from the surveyor to the circuit court, but this brings it within the case of Indianapolis vs. Hawkins, 103 N. E. 10, and furnishes no relief.
