Willis’ Trial Continued on Account of Attorney’s Illness.
Attorney W. H. Parkison had a very severe attack of rheumatic heart trouble in his room at the hotel in Kentland Thursday night, and for some time was in a very critical condition. He was able to come home Saturday morning, but at this writing is still quite weak and unfit for business. / For this reason the perjury ' case against James L. Willis, which was sot for trial at Kentland yesterday, has been continued for the term. The defendant took a change of venue last week from Judge Hanley, and Judge Berry, of the Benton-Warren circuit, was selecteu to hear the case. Judge Berry has also been agreed upon to hear the case of the Rensselaer Commercial Club vs. the U. S. Vfatch Company, whicji was taken to Kentland on a change of venue from the Jasper circuit court.
