Banta, Barbara Gordon, Miranda Moore, Mary McEnery, and Frederick N. Banta; the children, descendants and heirs, the surviving spouse, the creditors and administrators of the estate, the devisees, legatees, trustees and executors of the last will and testament, the successors in interest respectively of the deceased widow or widower, as the case may be, of each and all of the persons above named and designated as defendants to this action; all of the women once known by the names and designations above given, whose names may have been changed and who may now be known by other nahies and designations, the names of whom are unknown to this plaintiff, the spouses of all of the persons above named and designated as defendants to this action, who are married, the names of whom are unknown to this plaintiff, are not residents of the State of Indiana, and that this action is brought to try and quiet the title to real estate in Jasper County, Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby eriven said Defendants, that unless they he and appear on Friday, May 8, 1914, being the 23rd day of the next Term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the second Monday of April, A. D., 1914, at the Court House in Rensselaer, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
