St. Augustine’s Church Notes.

Next Sunday is the fourth Sunday in Lent, also known as Laetare S nday. The services at St, Augustine’s church are as follows: Early mass at 8 o’clock: rosary, high mass and sermon at 10 o’clock Chirstian doctrine, way of the cross and bendiction at 2:30. Lenten devotions each Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7:30. During week divine services each morning at 8 o clock. Already the recently organized Holy Name society is acknowledged as an organization which will wield a powerful influence for the ,good of this community. At the first regular monthly meeting, which was held in St. Augustine's Irall Sunday evening, March 8, many important matters were discussed. The report read by the treasurer shows the society to be in a flourishing condition with, a rapidly growing, sustaining membership.
