Notice is hereby given that the assessment sheet on lands assessed in Jasper County* Indiana, for the construction of the ditch: petitioned for by George H. Hart et al, in the White Circuit Court has been prepared, showing the aipount due on each several tract or parcel of land assessed for the location and construction of said ditch. The Board of Commissioners of Jasper county have fixed upon the 10th day of June, 1914, ds >the time by which all persons desiring to' do so may pay assessments made for the costs of construction and other expenses of. said ditch against said lands benefitted thereby. And all persons so desiring to pay such assessments and have lands assessed discharged and released from the 1 ein of such assessments, may pay the full amount due on or before the 10 day of June, 1914, at the office of the auditor of Jasper county, in Rensselaer, Indiana, and such payments shall operate as a discharge from all liability for such assessments.
