Sands et al., Ditch, Cause No. 2603 of the Commissioners’ Court of Jasper County, Indiana, in accordance with the plats, plans, profiles and specifications, as the same are on file in the offipe of the County Auditor and also in my hands. Each bidder will be required to deposit a certified check in the sum of SIOO.OO, or a bond with approved security, as a guaranty that if the work be awarded him, he will enter into the contract and give bond conditioned for the faithful performance of the contract as the law requires. Ham, et al., Ditch, Cause No. 116 of the Jasper Circuit Court, in accordance with the plats, plans, profiles and specifications, as the same are on file in the office of the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court. Each bidder will be required to deposit a certified Pheck in the sum of $50.00, or a bond with approved security, as a guaranty that if the work be awarded him, he will enter into contract and give bond conditioned for the faithful performance for the contract as the law requires. Notice of Assessments, Clayton Ditch Notice is hereby given that the assessment sheet on lands assessed in Jasper County, Indiana, for the construction of the ditch petitioned for by George R. Clayton et al in the White Circuit Court has been prepared, showing the amount due on each several tract or parcel of land assessed for the location and construction of said ditch. The Board of Commissioners of Jasper County have fixed iron the 14th day of May. 1911, as the time by which all persons desiring to do so may pay assessments made for the costs of construction and other expenses of said ditcn against said lands benefited thereby. And all persons so desiring to pay such assessments and have lands assessed discharged and released from the lein of such assessments, may pay the full amount due on or before the 14th day of May, 1914, at the office of the Treasurer of Jasper County, in Rensselaer, Indiana, and such payments shall operate as a discharge from liability for such assessments.
