Ham, et al., Ditch, Cause No. 116 of the Jasper Circuit Court, in accordance with the plats, plans, profiles and specifications, as the same are on file in the office of the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court. Each bidder will be required to deposit a certified check in the sum of $50.00, or a bond with approved security, as a guaranty that If the work be awarded him, he will enter into contract and give bond conditioned for the faithful performance for the contract as the law requires.
