Notice to Heirs, Creditors and Legatees. In the matter of the Estate' ot Simon Phillips, deceased, in the Jasper Court, February Term, 1914. Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of Simon Phillips, deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, to appear in the Jasper Circuit Court, on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1914, being the day fixed and endorsed on the final settlement account of Frea A. Phillips, executor of said decedent, and show cause if any, why Such final account should not be approved; and the heirs of said decedent and all others interested, are also notified to appear in said Court, on said day and make proof of their heirship, or claim to any part of said estate.
