Garriott-Casey Wedding.
A very pretty home wedding took place Sunday afternoon at the home of Mr. Geo. W. Casey when Miss Addie Feme Casey became the bride of Mr. Clarence Albert Garriott. The wedding march was played by Miss Neva Garriott, and ceremony was performed by Rev. Winn, of the Christian church o' Rensselaer. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Emery E. Garriott, and is one of Jasper county’s promising young famers. The bride is the talented daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Casey and lives at home with her parents north of Aix. A wedding luncheon was served, during which time the young couple received the congratulations of their many friends who had gathered to witness the ceremony and to wish them well in their new venture. Many handsome and useful presents were received by the happy pair. They will live on the Casey home place, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Casey contemplate moving to town some time in the near future.
