More City Property Changes Hands.

Miss Mattie Benjamin ,has bought the two properties on Cullen -Street owned by Dr. Meyer and occupied by the latter and Dr. Gwin, paying $3,800 for same. G. H. McLain, who occupies a property owned —by Miss Benjamin on South street, will move into the property now' occupied by and Miss Benjamin and mother will move into the property vacated by McLain. Dr. Meyer has bought a lot of Mrs. Lucy Clark, just soutjh of the latter’s residence on Weston street, and will build a fine new dwelling thereon next season. Dr. Gwin has nd place In view in which to move at this writing.
