Non-Resident Notice. Estate of Indiana, County of Jasper, ss: • In the Jasper Circuit court, February Term, 1913. Catherine O’Brien vs. Bessie Reed, et al. Complaint No. 7966. Now comes the plaintiff, by John A. Dunlap, her attorney, and flies her complaint herein together with an affidavit that the defendant, Patrick O’Brien, not a resident of the State of Indiana, Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant, that unless he be and appear on the first day of the next Term of the Jasper circuit court, to be holden on the 2nd Monday of February, A. D., 1913, at the court house in Rensselaer, in said county and state, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
