RALSTON LEASES A HOME.

New Governor to Live at 2102 No. Delaware Street. Samuel M. Ralston, Governor-elect has leased the property known as the A. Lehman home, 2102 North Delaware str#et, Indianapolis, and will occupy it as his home during his term as governor. He will probably move from Lebanon to that city In January, as he Is to take posession of the property between January 15 and 25. The rental price of the property has not been made known. On the first floor there are a reception hall, open stairway, front drawing room, library, dining room, kitchen and pantries. There are eight sleeping rooms on the second floor, and on the third floor there is a hall that may be used for dancing or for a gymnasium. The house is heated with hot air.
