Common Council Meeting.

The regular meeting of the city council was held Monday evening with all members present except Councilman Grow. Benefits and assessments and damages in the petition of Fred Phillips for opening new street confirmed. Preliminary assessment roll adopted on College avenue and Washington street sewer.

Petition of Babcock & Hopkins to narrow Vine Street 10 feet on each side between! Franklin and Forest streets, referred to street committee.
