Coming Back to God’s Country.

J- D. Allman and family, who moved <o Ashland, Ore., last August, where' Mr. Allman purchased a fruit .'arm, are preparing to move back to Rensselaer, and are expected to arrive here about January Ist. It has been well known for some time that the family did riot like it there, and in fact never had. Mr. Allman has been looking on the cheerful side of the matter until recently, when he, too, is said to have become very much dissatisfied and was more anxious if anything than the rest of the family to get back to Jasper county. He has rented his fruit farm for the coming year, we are told, and has placed it on the market for sale. He has rented the Dr. H. L. Brown property on River street, lately vacated by G. E. Murray who moved into his own remodeled' residence across the street, and will occupy same on the arrival of the family here. It is not known just what Mr. Allman, intends to do here, but he will likely engage in some kind of business. His move to Oregon has no doubt been quite an expensive one.

The many the family, both here and at Remipgton, their former home, will be gl?ad to learn that they have decided to cast their lot again in Jasper county.
