A New Lumber Yard In Rensselaer.
The Grant-Warner Lumber Co., is the name of a new Rensselaer corporation organized for the purpose of conducting a lumber business on the grounds owned by Thomas Grant and leased for this purpose, east of the old site of the J. C. Gwin lumber yards, having a frontage of 275 Jeet on Vine street. They are now erecting sheds and other buildings necessary for opening up a modern lumber yard early next spring. The company is composed of T. W. Grant, George E. Murray and C. C. Warner. It is reported that they were negotiating for the Rensselaer Lumber Co., yards before deciding to go ahead and start the thirds yard here. The company is capitalized for SIO,OOO.
