Is Plaintiff, and Isaac Kight is Defendant, requiring me to make the sum of Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty-two dollares and Sixty-two cents, with interest on said, decree and costs, I will expose to Public Sale, to the highest bidder, on Monday, the 25th day of November, A. D. 1912, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m., and 4 o'clock p. m„ of said day, at the door of the court house in Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the Real Estate, to-wit: - The North one-half of the northeast quarter and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, and the north *iixty acres of the southwest quarter, all in section eleven (11) in Township thirty (30) North, Range six (6) West, in Jasper County, Indiana.
