Man Taken Off Grand Jury That Was Called to Investigate Charge of Murder. Greensburg, Ind., October 24. Judge Robert L. Mason, in the Circuit court today, ruled informally on the eligibility of Joseph Roberts to sit on the grand jury which is invesitgating the Hicks-Martin murder case. Judge Mason said there was some doubt in his mind as to the eligibility of Roberts, as he had failed to register on any of the three registration periods, and, therefore, was not a legal voter, The law requires that a gand juror must be a voter. As the grand jury began its work offer the last registration day, and as Mr. Roberts had not qualified to vote, he would not be a legal voter till after the election, according to the opinion of some mein-
